We start with a quick 3 hour flight to Queenstown, New Zealand on Virgin VA161. You will have a generous 2 checked bags allowance. This should be plenty to bring everything you will need.
On arrival in New Zealand we have a private transfer to take us to our accommodation at Pinewood Lodge Queenstown
Today we have a private transfer to take us to Cardrona.
Cardrona lies on the Crown Range Road, a steep, mountainous route between Queenstown and Wanaka.

Today we recommend you take the time to kick back, relax, and explore Queenstown to your heart’s content – but if adventure is calling to you don’t hesitate to partake in any of the town’s incredible activities during the day!
You’ll need all the energy you can get though, as we head to Coronet Peak from 4-9pm for some incredible night skiing! Check out incredible sunsets before you send it down wide-open floodlit trails – a bucket list activity for any frostbitten traveller.

Surrounded by majestic mountains and set on the shores of crystal clear Lake Wakatipu, today is the day to kick back and relax, with that being said Queenstown is the adventure capital of the world… you choose!

Its sadly that time of the trip where we need to head back to home and face reality 🙁
But before that, you have have the morning free to fit in some extra option activities or a half day tour.
Your bus pickup will be at 12.30pm.
We fly out at 3:40pm on Virgin VA162 and will land in Sydney at 5:00pm
Pinewood Lodge is just a 7-minute walk from the town and nearby the Queenstown Gondolas.
For your convenience barbecue facilities are provided in the lovely garden area and there are mountain bicycle trails within 100 m of the property. The property also offers ski storage and a guest laundry.
All rooms are heated, and have access to a shared lounge area. Best of all, we have our own apartment block just for our use !
